2       tsp. Vanilla Extract
3       cups (18 oz.) Semisweet Chocolate or Milk Chocolate Chips
2       cups Walnuts or Pecans chopped

*  Line a  9-in. square or similar pan with aluminum foil and coat the foil with cooking spray;
    set aside

    and stir over medium heat until smooth. Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes,stirring
    constantly. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    Add nuts!

    1. Hi Kathy,
      Thanks! It is really yummy! It's a softer consistency though, although that could be because I prefer to use lower fat I Can't Believe It's Not Butter sticks instead of real butter. But, it certainly satisfies even the sweetest sweet tooth!!!

  2. Oh, yummy! I get it wold firm up some if kept in the fridge...

  3. Hi Jessy,
    Thanks for your comment!! Yes, I keep it in the fridge because it does keep the fudge firmer but it also tastes extraordinarily yummy cold!!!
